The first step is a free initial consultation – with Chip Jerry concerning litigation – with Marilyn Jerry concerning business issues and real estate.
At the initial consultation – either in person or by telephone – you will have the opportunity to talk to us and explain your concerns. After listening to you, if we think we can help, we will provide you with an engagement letter setting forth the terms on which we are prepared to undertake a formal file review and formulate a plan of action. Unless and until you return to us a signed copy of our engagement letter, with any requested retainer, you are under no obligation to us.
