HAROLD A. "CHIP" JERRY III
Chip is the managing partner of the firm. He brings to the practice fourteen years of corporate experience as managing counsel for First Fidelity Bancorporation and, previously, City Federal Savings Bank. Before that Chip spent nine years at Shearman & Sterling, a leading New York law firm, where he represented corporations and financial institutions in complex litigation.
